These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through My Shoe Shop and the use of our website.
Use of Site
You may use this website to browse our products and make legitimate purchases. You may not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If more than 7 days but no more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, eligible items may be returned for store credit. Store credit does not expire.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Where an item qualified for free delivery, R99 per returned product will be deducted from the refund or store credit to cover the original shipping and handling cost incurred by My Shoe Shop.
Return shipping is for the customer's account unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa and also offer international shipping.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed in the destination country.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.
Product colours may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used to view the website.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If an item is faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
Faulty products are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
