Shopping at My Shoe Shop is simple. Browse our collection of shoes, bags & backpacks and accessories from carefully selected local and international brands.
1. Find What You Love
Browse our collections or use the search and filters to narrow your choice by size, brand, style or colour.
Select the product you love, choose the available size or option where applicable, and click Add to cart.
2. Need Help Choosing?
If you're unsure about sizing, fit, materials, colours or product details, we're happy to help before you order.

3. Checkout Securely
When you're ready, proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.
You can choose from the payment methods currently available at checkout, including secure card payments and other available payment options.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Delivery Across South Africa
We deliver throughout South Africa directly to your chosen delivery address.
Free standard delivery is available on orders of R1,000 or more. Standard delivery costs R109 on orders below R1,000.
SA standard delivery is 3–5 business days.
Express delivery in South Africa normally takes approximately 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The fixed express delivery fee is R199 for orders below R1,000 (up to R999.99), or R99 for orders of R1,000 or more. This is the total express delivery charge.

5. Local Collection
For orders with a Western Cape delivery address, you can choose collection from Via Veneto Shoes at Constantia Village.
Collection orders are generally available within 24 hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
