Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from My Shoe Shop. Our return options depend on when the eligible item is returned.
Refunds within 7 days
To qualify for a refund, eligible items must be shipped back or returned in store within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Store credit within 14 days
If more than 7 days but no more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, eligible items may be returned for store credit. Store credit does not expire.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping is for the customer's account unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
No return handling or restocking fee is deducted from eligible returns.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging and, where relevant, note visible courier damage on the waybill.
Faulty products
Faulty products are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer law. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of a defect so that we can assist with the appropriate remedy.
Inspection of returns
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or store credit is issued.
