SHIPPING POLICY
My Shoe Shop delivers throughout South Africa and also offers international shipping to many destinations.
SOUTH AFRICAN DELIVERY
Standard Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY IN SOUTH AFRICA
Express delivery normally takes approximately 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders below R1,000 (up to R999.99): R199 express delivery fee.
- Orders of R1,000 or more: R99 express delivery fee.
These are fixed express delivery fees based on your order value. The applicable fee is the total express delivery charge.
Standard Delivery Charges
We offer free standard delivery within South Africa on orders of R1,000 or more. Standard delivery costs R109 on orders below R1,000.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LOCAL COLLECTION
Collection is available only for orders with a Western Cape delivery address. Orders may be collected from:

Collection orders are generally available within 24 hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may only be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier provider.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, courier delays and other circumstances outside our control can occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
My Shoe Shop ships internationally to many destinations, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.
International shipping is charged at the rate displayed at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
International delivery is estimated at 10–13 business days for all international destinations. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
RETURNS, SHIPPING & HANDLING
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
No return handling or restocking fee is deducted from eligible returns.
Return shipping is for the customer's account unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
