Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timelessly however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Economy Shipping usually takes 2 - 4 days door to door for Major centers, and around 3 - 5 days for Regional Areas.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place we will make our several attempts to contact and make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Should you for any reason wish to return your order for a full refund or exchange, you will be liable for the shipping charges. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and the person who made the original purchase must sign any such cancellation. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 business days.
We recommend that you use Aramex for all returns as it offers express delivery at a cost of R99 and shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline.
Cancellation of orders carry a 15% surcharge, alternative we offer all clients a 12 month voucher for full value.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
- Shipment tracking.
- Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment.
Any items that have been dispatched and then returned by the customer will be liable to a 20% handling fee.
30 day Money Back Guarantee
Should you, within 30 days of purchase of an item, for any reason wish to return your order because the product failed to live up to your expectations, you must send a detailed statement on why – along with images. We will assess the complaint and see if it is fit a return and refund. You will be liable for the shipping charges and the goods must be returned to us within 3 business days after the complaint has been warranted for a refund.

Product 12 Month Warranty
All products supplied by My Shoe Shop carry the supplier or manufacturer’s performance / replacement warranty. The industry standard is 12 months.
You may be required to provide your original proof of purchase and/or delivery note on the first occasion when you’re supply your product in for repairs. This will then serve as your implied warranty initiation date.
In some cases your product might need to be returned to My Shoe Shop, so we recommend that you keep the original packaging in a good condition and safely stored.
The physical condition of your device is also taken into consideration before any warranty decisions are made for replacements or exchanges, especially within the first six months from the purchase date.
What is the warranty period on my products?
The warranty on all products is provided by the relevant products manufacturers. Therefore, the warranty period will depend on the manufacturers, generally 12 months, and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
The warranty applied on a product starts on the date of purchase, printed on the original invoice or delivery note.
The repair model/process is outlined in this document and serves to inform you of how the 12 month warranty period may differ in terms of the repair process and possible outcomes.

How is my warranty voided?
Your warranty will be voided if your product is damaged. This includes, but is not limited to:
Physical damage and/or misuse or abuse, water damage (when not waterproof products), repairs and/or product modifications and alterations that have been executed by unauthorised third parties.
Modifying the exterior of the device by gluing, pasting or sticking ‘decorative’ images on the device can void the warranty if such attachments impact the interior mechanics of the product.
Failing to properly follow the installation process and instructions for use.
Because Repairs acts in accordance with the manufacturer warranty, you have to make sure that you comply with the warranty requirements as they are outlined in your product manual.
